Out of Africa is a 4-day project class that is being taught over two separate weekends. This session is the final two days, Friday and Saturday, February 5 and 6, 2016. The first session is November 20-21, 2015.

As the fifth of Tony's international textile designs, Out of Africa is based on the fantastic African batik and mud cloth patterns from Angola, Nigeria, Ghana, Namibia, Botswana, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Senegal, Tanzania, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Beads, silk and metallic threads are used and are stitched on 24-count Congress cloth.

Two colorways are available: original (colorful) or neutrals.
